What is My Web Desk?

My Web Desk gives you a personal starting point for the websites and web apps you use.

Profiles let you create separate spaces for different parts of your life, different projects, or different people sharing a device — for example Home, Work, Study, or Family.

Within each Profile, organise your Apps into Drawers to make them easy to find.

Preset Desks let you choose Apps from different Drawers and open them together with one click — useful for things like work, research, study, or particular projects.

💡 Tip: If your browser opens only one tab when launching a Preset Desk, enable pop-ups for My Web Desk in your browser's top address bar.

To get started:
  1. Choose or create a Profile
  2. Add your Apps
  3. Create a Preset Desk if you want to open a group of Apps together

Your setup can be kept locally on this device, or you can sign in to access your saved configuration elsewhere.

💡 Troubleshoot Preset Desks & Tabs

Only one tab opening when launching a Preset Desk?

Modern web browsers automatically restrict websites from opening multiple tabs at once from a single click. If only one tab opens, allow pop-ups for My Web Desk in your browser settings.

How to allow pop-ups in your browser:

🌐 Google Chrome

Click the Pop-up Blocked icon (🚫) at the far right of the address bar (URL bar) → Select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects" → Click Done.

🌊 Microsoft Edge

Click the Pop-up Blocked icon (🗔) in the top address bar → Select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from this site" → Click Done.

🦊 Mozilla Firefox

Click Options on the yellow warning bar below the address bar (or click the lock/info icon) → Select "Allow pop-ups for this site".

This Preset Desk will open multiple tabs

Your browser may block some of them unless pop-ups are allowed for My Web Desk.

If only one tab opens, use Troubleshoot for instructions on allowing multiple tabs.

Clear Local Desk?

This will permanently remove the My Web Desk setup stored locally on this device, including Profiles, Drawers, Apps, Preset Desks, and associated local settings. Your signed-in/cloud account will not be affected.
